Apartment Batory is a modern, cozy studio available for short-term rental in Gdynia—an ideal choice for two people seeking comfortable accommodation by the seaside. Located on ul. Żeromskiego in the very heart of Gdynia, it is just a few minutes' walk from the Seaside Boulevard (Bulwar Nadmorski), the city beach, and the area’s main tourist attractions and restaurants.
This elegant studio is decorated in bright, modern tones, creating a relaxing and restful atmosphere. Guests will find a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette for preparing meals, and a functional bathroom with a shower. A ceiling fan is also provided to keep the space pleasantly cool on summer days. With its high standard of finishes, modern design, and prime location in the center of Gdynia, the Batory apartment is an excellent choice for a romantic weekend by the sea, a business trip, or a short vacation on the Baltic coast.

🚗 Parking Information – Żeromskiego 7 (Gdynia City Center)
To ensure your comfort and a smooth check-in process in the heart of Gdynia, please find below the key guidelines and options regarding parking at ul. Żeromskiego 7.
Option 1: Private space in an underground parking garage (if included in your reservation)
Assigned space: Your apartment is assigned a specific parking spot [e.g., no. G01] in the modern underground garage of the building at Żeromskiego 7.
Garage entrance: The entrance is located on the side of ul. Żeromskiego. The gate is opened using a remote control, which can be found inside the apartment.
Technical restrictions: For fire safety reasons, vehicles equipped with LPG systems are strictly prohibited from entering the underground garages at this location. The maximum vehicle height for entry is 200 cm.
Option 2: Street Parking (Public Spaces)
If you choose not to use the underground garage, parking on Żeromskiego Street and the surrounding area is subject to strict municipal regulations:
City Center Paid Parking Zone: The building is located within Gdynia’s most expensive parking zone (the "red" zone).
Hours of Operation: Parking fees apply from Monday to Sunday (including weekends) between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Payment: Fees must be paid immediately upon parking, either at an on-street parking meter (by card or cash) or via a mobile app (e.g., SkyCash, mPay, or moBiLET). Failure to pay for parking will result in a significant administrative fine.
Option 3: Alternative Nearby Parking
Should you require additional parking space—for instance, for a second vehicle—there are several guarded or 24/7 commercial parking facilities in the immediate vicinity:
Underground parking at Park Centralny (near the City Hall)
Commercial parking facilities managed by APCOA (e.g., near Sea Towers, ul. Hryniewickiego 10)
