PROPERTY RULES
Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- After 8:00 PM, self check-in is available.
- A mandatory registration form must be completed before the start of the stay as a condition of accommodation.

A 30 m² apartment for up to 2 guests. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. There are two sofa beds in the living room. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a building with a lift. Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises. Parking is available in designated spaces within the estate (subject to availability). Pets are allowed in the apartment for an additional fee.

PARKING – The apartment does not have an assigned parking space; however, guests are provided with a parking permit valid for the duration of their stay. It must be placed in a visible spot on the dashboard, allowing free parking in the immediate vicinity of the building.

- Parties, hen and stag nights, and similar events are strictly prohibited.
- Please inform us in advance of your arrival time.
- Invoices are issued only upon prior request before making a reservation. Otherwise, a receipt will be issued.
- A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance must be paid no later than one day before arrival.
- Completion of the registration form before the start of the stay is mandatory.
- Self check-in.
- Pets are allowed for an additional fee of PLN 100.
