PROPERTY RULES
Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- After 8:00 PM, remote check-in is possible.
- A mandatory condition for staying at our property is completing the registration card before the start of the stay.
- Staying with pets is prohibited.
- A financial penalty of PLN 200 applies in case of violation.

Six - A spacious apartment for 6 people in the center of Sopot is an ideal choice for a family or a group of friends. Located on a quiet side street near the famous Monte Cassino promenade, it combines comfort, style, and a prime location. The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms: one with a balcony offering a view reminiscent of charming Italian streets, another with a large wardrobe, and the third providing a quiet workspace. Each bedroom has large, comfortable beds and storage space. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a functional bathroom provide everything needed for a comfortable stay. Interiors are finished in a style inspired by classic Sopot tenements, creating a unique atmosphere that encourages relaxation and exploration of the Tricity area.

PARKING: The apartment does not have an assigned parking space. Public parking along nearby streets is recommended. Paid city parking zones apply according to current parking meter rates.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The city of Sopot has scheduled road reconstruction near Jana Sobieskiego Street, where the apartment is located. Construction may generate additional noise.
Construction stages:
- Stage I (Sept – Nov 2025): reconstruction of Bema and Pułaskiego streets (from Chopina to Fiszera). Roads will be closed; traffic redirected via Fiszera Street.
- Stage II (Dec 2025): reconstruction of Pułaskiego Street between Sobieskiego and Fiszera. Sobieskiego Street will also be closed.
- Stage III (Jan – Mar 2026): continuation of work on Pułaskiego Street between Chopina and Fiszera, with full closure of the intersections of Pułaskiego with Fiszera and Chopina for about 3 weeks.
Planned completion: end of Q1 / beginning of Q2 2026.

- Invoices are issued only upon prior notification before making a reservation; otherwise, a receipt will be issued.
- A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance must be paid no later than one day before arrival.
- Completing the registration card is mandatory before the start of the stay.
- Self check-in.
- Pets are not allowed.
