Sunny Terrace is a 71 m² apartment for up to 6 guests. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and an additional bathroom with a shower. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Due to the terrace, the apartment is located on the ground floor. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Parking is available in designated spaces within the estate, including the underground garage.
