PROPERTY RULES

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
 

• After 8:00 PM, remote/self check-in is available.
• A mandatory requirement for staying at our property is completing the registration form before the start of your stay.
• Pets are not allowed.
• In the event of violating this rule, a financial penalty of PLN 200 will be charged.

White Sea is a spacious and modern apartment for short-term rental located in Gdańsk Jelitkowo, ideal for families or groups of friends, comfortably accommodating up to 6 people.
The 93 m² apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator and is finished in a modern, practical style, ensuring comfort and convenience during a seaside stay.

The apartment features a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet with a washing machine, enhancing the apartment’s functionality.
An additional advantage is two balconies where guests can relax at a wicker table and enjoy the fresh air.

The apartment is located in the prestigious Neptun Park estate, offering guests access to a playground and recreational areas. The location provides very close access to the Jelitkowo beach, parks, walking paths, and seaside restaurants, making White Sea an ideal choice for short-term rental by the sea in Gdańsk, combining comfort, convenience, and an attractive location.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Any kind of parties are strictly prohibited.
• Please inform us of your arrival time in advance.
• Invoices are issued only upon prior request made before the reservation. Otherwise, a receipt will be issued.
• A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking; the remaining balance must be paid no later than one day before arrival.
• Completing the registration form before arrival is mandatory.
• Self check-in available.
• Pets are not allowed.

🚗 Parking Information – Neptun Park Residential Complex (Gdańsk Jelitkowo)

To ensure your comfort and a smooth check-in process, please review the following key information and rules regarding parking within the residential complex.

1. Access to the Underground Garage / Parking Space

Assigned space: Your apartment is assigned a specific parking space [e.g., no. 01], located either in the underground garage beneath the building or within the residential complex grounds. For the latter, a parking permit (ID tag)—provided inside your apartment—is required.

Entry: The entrance gate to the underground garage can be opened using the remote control found inside your apartment.

2. Maximum Vehicle Dimensions (Important!)

The underground garages in the complex are subject to strict technical and regulatory limitations. Please ensure that your vehicle does not exceed the following dimensions:

Maximum vehicle length: 550 cm

Maximum vehicle width: 200 cm

Maximum vehicle height (at the entrance gate): 200 cm

Note: Vehicles with large roof boxes or non-standard-sized SUVs may encounter difficulties parking in certain spaces.

3. Surface Parking and General Rules

Parking within the complex: Outside of the designated garage areas, parking on internal roads or sidewalks is strictly prohibited. Doing so may result in intervention by security personnel or the towing of your vehicle.

Security: The residential complex is monitored and guarded 24 hours a day. Should you have any questions or encounter any issues upon entry, the security office is located at the main entrance gate.

4. Additional Restrictions

LPG Systems: For safety reasons, vehicles equipped with LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) systems are strictly prohibited from entering the underground parking areas.
