PROPERTY RULES

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

• After 8:00 PM, remote check-in is possible.
• A mandatory condition for accommodation in our property is the completion of the registration form before the start of the stay.
• Pets are not allowed.
• In case of violating this rule, a financial penalty of 200 PLN will be charged.

Dear Guests,

We would like to inform you that road renovation work will be taking place in the immediate vicinity of the apartment between January and April 2027. Due to this work, it will not be possible to access the apartment's parking area by car. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disruption this situation may cause. Unfortunately, these works are beyond our control.

Please take this information into account when planning your stay. We will make every effort to find a convenient alternative for you.

• Please inform us in advance about your arrival time.
• Invoices are issued only after prior notification before booking; otherwise, a receipt will be provided.
• When making a reservation, 30% of the booking amount must be paid, and the remaining amount must be paid no later than one day before arrival.
• Accommodation in the property requires mandatory completion of the registration form before the start of the stay.
• Self check-in.
• Pets are not allowed!
